A UK recruitment company came to us looking for a £75,000 business loan to refinance an existing, more expensive, borrowing and channel funds into business growth and development.
Having established that we were able to provide cheaper finance over a longer repayment term than their existing lender, we would ordinarily request that the loan was paid out in two instalments a set number of weeks apart. However, the cash flow demands of the business meant that this wasn't suitable.
We took the time to listen to their business case, do our due diligence, and were able to structure the borrowing so that we could issue the funding in one payment.
