In the July issue of Broker World, Rivers Leasing spoke about the core values that have helped us to build the business we are proud of to date.
Sustainable growth, a personal service, professional integrity and a focus on the strength of the financial covenant rather than purely the value of the asset underlying the lease are all pillars of the Rivers Leasing organisation. These are all underpinned by a combination of innovation and highly valued experience coupled with good corporate governance.
In the feature we highlight the range of professional histories amongst our ranks, which allow us to work towards positive outcomes rather than sticking to a prescriptive rule book and prioritises a can-do attitude and short communication lines, alongside the financial status of the customer. We also discuss the high value we place on our relationships with brokers as well as suppliers and business owners, with long-term partnerships placed at the heart of what we do.
It is our belief that these values that have been instrumental in attracting new talent to the team over the past two years, as well as supporting our ranking in the FT1000 over two consecutive years, and has also been instrumental in our launch of our hire purchase product this summer as well as a P2P Loan Notes investment opportunity with fundraising platform Crowdstacker.
