Building blocks for a children's nursery

Having started trading at the start of 2024, this Ofsted registered children's nursery was looking for a bridging loan of £70k unsecured over three years for working capital.

Their broker had been trying to find the right option for them with different lenders, but they had only been offered secured loans, which they didn't want because they involved a lengthier process than unsecured borrowings.

Rivers was the only lender they could find, who would offer them the unsecured option. In fact, we were able to offer either secured or unsecured. They opted for the latter, and we're delighted to see their business flourishing.
