Sale and leaseback to help an SME thrive
We were approached by a broker to see if we could help with a sale and leaseback arrangement on a trailer for one of their clients. The business was a relatively new SME, which had funding lined up with another broker only to find that it fell through at the last minute.
The requirement was for £30,000 and the customer had already paid the supplier for the trailer but had found themselves short of working capital as a result. We were able to deliver on the terms and rates required and pay out within two days of receiving the signed lease agreement.
The client is now happily getting on with a thriving business thanks to having the right level of cash flow to support their growth.
